Does the online request confirm the vehicle?+
No. It records your dates and preferences. We confirm availability, the vehicle and final price in writing.
Where does my request go?+
It is recorded in the NOD RENT system. After submitting, you can open WhatsApp, where communication continues and the quote is sent.
How can I pay?+
For now, payment is made in cash or by bank transfer, as stated in the quote and agreement.
Which documents are required?+
A valid identity document and driving licence, plus company and additional-driver details where applicable.
Can I drive abroad?+
Yes, in the EU and Moldova, with a declared route, written approval and confirmed documents before departure.
How much mileage is included?+
The cargo Sprinter includes 200 km/day. Extra mileage is RON 0.50/km.
How do I return the van?+
Clean, with a full tank and at the agreed time. For an out-of-hours return, the deposit is refunded within 48 hours after inspection.
Are the vehicles exactly as pictured?+
Current images are temporary renders. The actual vehicle and condition are confirmed before payment.
