NOD RENT currently operates through an online request followed by WhatsApp confirmation. We are automating the process gradually and do not present unfinished features as live.

We confirm the vehicle and the conditions for your dates.

Receive your quote
The final price, deposit and terms are sent in writing.

Documents and agreement
Documents are checked and the agreement is completed with approved details.

Payment and collection
Pay in cash or by bank transfer and receive collection instructions.
Enquiry or confirmed booking?
Quote sent
You have the vehicle, price, deposit and terms in writing.
Booking confirmed
You accepted the quote, documents were approved and the agreed payment was confirmed.
Documents required
Do not upload documents through the public request form. Once availability is confirmed, we send instructions for secure document checks.
- Valid identity document
- Valid driving licence for the vehicle category
- Billing details for a company rental
- Additional-driver details, where applicable
Collection and return
- The vehicle is supplied clean and with a full tank.
- Condition, mileage and fuel level are recorded at collection.
- Return the vehicle clean, with a full tank and at the agreed time.
- For an out-of-hours return, the vehicle is checked later and the deposit is refunded within 48 hours.
